Bluetooth
Subsonus Tag contains a Bluetooth low energy radio module and can be connected to and configured via this interface. Note that Bluetooth communication will not work when the Subsonus Tag is underwater.
Bluetooth Discovery
Subsonus Tag will be discoverable via Bluetooth when charging and for a short period of time after removed from charge. When discoverable the Bluetooth symbol is displayed on the screen, see Bluetooth discoverable.
Subsonus Tag is not discoverable when connected to another Bluetooth device.
If Subsonus Tag is not displaying the Bluetooth symbol, see Bluetooth not discoverable, in this case charging is required to re-enable Bluetooth discovery.
Bluetooth Connection
When a Bluetooth device is connected to Subsonus Tag, it can be configured and have its status read back by the connected device. When Bluetooth is connected the Subsonus Tag screen will display a highlighted Bluetooth symbol, see Bluetooth connected.
